Staff friendly, free water and yogurt, clean room, helpful girl at front desk.

It was all superb.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We requested water from the girl at the front desk and were pleasantly surprised when she brought a bottle of water and yogurt to our room for free. The room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the airport was extremely convenient.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about our stay at this hotel. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Spent my Christmas break at this cozy hotel. The friendly staff welcomed us with a refreshing glass of juice and helped us with our bags. The location was perfect, surrounded by local restaurants and within walking distance of key tourist spots. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from, truly a treat to wake up to every morning. The rooms were spotless and smelled fresh, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with loved ones back home.

One of the showerheads was malfunctioning, but the staff was quick to offer a solution and fixed it right away. The elevator was a bit slow, which made us take the stairs at times, but it was not too bothersome. The gym was quite small and did not have much variety of equipment. However, we managed to squeeze in a quick workout before starting our day. the stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service at a reasonable price.

The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. We were pleasantly surprised to find free toiletries, an electric kettle, and even an am/fm alarm clock provided. The room itself was impeccably clean, and the beautiful parquet floor added a touch of elegance to our stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our time here.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to shops and restaurants. they provided free water bottles and yogurt which was a nice touch. The room was also clean and tidy.

Our stay was not very enjoyable. the staff were absent from reception upon our arrival.
